Bryan advises clients on a range of complex government contracts and national security matters. His experience as a government contracts litigation attorney in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps gives him unique perspective on navigating the complexities of doing business with the government.

Bryan’s background includes serving as lead litigation counsel for government contractors in both bid protests and contract appeals at the Government Accountability Office and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. He also represents government contractors in other venues, including federal court. As a transactional attorney, Bryan represents buyers and sellers in complex corporate transactions involving government contractors, including mergers, acquisitions, and bankruptcies. Additionally, his experience extends to counseling both government contractors and federal grantees on various regulatory matters, which include, among others, FAR/FAR Supplement matters, small business programs, government intellectual property matters, Defense Production Act matters, Build America Buy America Act, government contracts labor matters (e.g., Service Contract Act, Davis-Bacon Act), National Industrial Security Program matters, and fiscal law issues. Bryan holds an active Secret security clearance.

As an Army Reservist, Bryan continues to serve part time in the U.S. Army JAG Corps.

Bryan maintains an active pro bono practice focused on veterans’ rights.
