Corley focuses her practice on lender and agent bank representation in commercial real estate lending transactions, commercial finance, and troubled loan workouts. For more than 30 years, Corley has represented lenders and agent banks in all aspects of secured credit transactions and commercial credit facilities, including real estate acquisition, development and construction loans and permanent financings, as well as asset-based and unsecured corporate lines of credit and term loans.
Having previously served as vice president of a major financial institution for more than a decade, Corley has experience creating and implementing policies and procedures addressing loan structuring, loan documentation, and risk and compliance requirements related to commercial real estate lending. She also has an extensive background in restructuring and workouts of troubled credit facilities, and in the warehousing and secondary financing of real estate assets, including commercial and residential mortgage loans.
Additionally, Corley consults with line-of-business lenders, credit partners, and compliance and operations teams to identify and address legal issues and regulatory and compliance requirements related to specialty real estate assets including hotels and resorts, senior housing facilities, and medical office buildings.
