Cassandra focuses her practice on insurance coverage and litigation, with particular emphasis on complex coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, and high-exposure claims on behalf of domestic and international insurers and reinsurers.
Cassandra represents carrier clients across a broad range of policy lines, including commercial general liability, professional liability, directors and officers, cyber and data privacy, fidelity and crime, errors and omissions, London market, and surplus lines matters. She advises claims professionals and carrier clients at every stage of a dispute, from initial coverage analysis and reservation of rights letters through dispositive motion practice and trial.
With more than 10 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts in Illinois and Indiana, Cassandra brings extensive first- and second-chair trial experience to her practice, having served as lead counsel in more than 10 jury trials as well as numerous bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations. She is also experienced in complex commercial litigation, including contractual indemnification disputes and professional liability defense.
