Overview

Cassandra is a litigator who helps companies and fiduciaries resolve complex litigation in Delaware courts. She is experienced in handling a range of high-stakes corporate litigation, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate control, and stockholder derivative actions. Cassandra manages all aspects of discovery, and prepares substantive motions, briefs, and pleadings.

In addition, Cassandra has experience conducting investigations on behalf of special committees formed in response to stockholder derivative demands. She also draws from her prior legal background in structured finance, where she represented trustee banks in securitizations and other financial transactions.
