Celeste Reim

Celeste provides discovery-related support by performing critical review and analysis of documents for responsiveness, confidentiality, and privilege from first level review to final QC, including the drafting and editing of privilege logs. She also focuses on providing feedback and additional training as needed to ensure compliance with case team criteria and firm guidelines. Celeste uses her knowledge of facts and case documents to draft case chronologies and to assist in deposition and witness preparation support, including compilation of witness kits and drafting deposition recommendation memos.

• Assisted in the review of custodial collections employing Technology Assisted Review (TAR), which resulted in a substantial reduction of the number of documents necessitating manual review, for a Civil Investigative Demand.
• Drafted a full chronology by developing a timeline of events based on review of documents, which was utilized by the case team to help outline theories of defense, for a complex construction matter.
