Overview

Charlene prepares closing documents for governmental debt transactions in Massachusetts. She also assists attorneys in the Public Finance Practice Group with tax and state law diligence prior to debt issuances. Once debt has been sold, she assists with the settlement of governmental debt transactions, which are typically purchased by leading national and regional investment banks.

Charlene has been in numerous roles within the legal environment for more than 28 years and joined Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP (a predecessor firm of Troutman Pepper Locke) in 2004. She has served as a legal assistant in the Public Finance Practice Group since 2017.
