Chuck focuses on lender side commercial financing transactions for borrowers in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics, health care technologies and life science industries, as well as early, mid, and late stage technology companies.

He represents national banks, public and private financing firms, and other investment funds, advisors and managers in a variety of financing structures including syndicated loans, acquisition financings, asset-based loans and real estate supported transactions, senior secured, mezzanine, and unsecured financings. His practice involves both domestic and international transactions and multiple currency loans, including secured financings in North and South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe. Chuck has expertise in loan workouts and restructurings, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and a variety of asset-based lending transactions including those secured by government accounts, intellectual property, equipment, and capital calls.
