As a member of Troutman Pepper Locke’s Health Care + Life Sciences group, Chris counsels health care providers, life sciences companies, and private equity investors on a wide range of corporate transactions. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, equity investments, joint ventures, divestitures, restructurings, and other complex business matters, with particular experience supporting private equity sponsors through platform and add-on acquisitions.
While Chris’ primary focus is in health care and life sciences, he brings additional experience advising clients in the technology and manufacturing sectors, giving him a versatile perspective on complex, cross-industry deals.
