Additionally, Chris has represented financial institutions in several public finance transactions, whether providing credit and/or liquidity enhancement for variable-rate bonds, or through the direct purchase of fixed- or variable-rate bonds.
With more than 20 years of financing experience, Chris has been involved in transactions covering a wide range of industries, including energy, education, health care, retail, housing, retirement facilities, construction, tobacco, gaming, manufacturing, beverage distribution, government contracting, and aerospace.
Chris also routinely serves as counsel to underwriters and remarketing agents in publicly sold public finance transactions.
