With more than 20 years of financing experience, Chris has been involved in transactions covering a wide range of industries, including energy, education, health care, retail, housing, retirement facilities, construction, tobacco, gaming,
manufacturing, beverage distribution, government contracting, and aerospace.
Chris also routinely serves as counsel to underwriters and remarketing agents in publicly sold public finance transactions.
Represented multiple banks in providing credit and backup liquidity facilities to two Virginia state universities.
Represented an aerospace manufacturer and launch services company in obtaining a senior syndicated revolving credit facility.
Represented a power generation facility in obtaining replacement senior credit facilities, including substitute letters of credit securing variable-rate tax-exempt bonds.
