Overview

Chris represents clients in financial services, intellectual property, employment, and general commercial business litigation. He handles cases involving fraud, breach of contract, copyright infringement, finance code violations, and trade secret misappropriation.

Chris’ practice spans federal court, state court, and arbitration tribunals, where he drafts pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery motions, and discovery requests/responses. He also manages production, handles depositions, leads ADR efforts, conducts legal research, negotiates settlements, and argues motions in state and federal court.
