Christy leverages her extensive experience as a former state antitrust enforcer to advise clients in antitrust and competition matters around the globe. She focuses her practice on merger clearance, government conduct investigations, antitrust compliance, and counseling.

During her tenure as an assistant attorney general for the State of Utah, Christy advised on merger reviews, and conducted investigations and enforcement actions across a diverse range of sectors, including technology, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, health care, retail, and consumer goods. She offers clients a deep understanding of state enforcement, drawing from her work on numerous multistate investigations and actions.

Christy also offers significant insight into federal enforcement, gained through her involvement in joint investigations and actions with the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.

She is an active member of the Antitrust Defense Bar and holds a leadership position in the ABA’s Antitrust Section, currently serving on the AI Task Force. She has also written articles published by the ABA.
