Corey is a trusted business attorney focused on renewable, sustainable power, and other energy infrastructure projects in the U.S. and abroad. He advises clients on broad corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, project development, and new ventures. He gained experience working on a variety of alternative energy facilities — including solar, wind, hydro, and energy storage — to counsel clients on offtake arrangements, construction contracts, equipment supply agreements, and energy efficiency incentives. His clients include investors, developers, and sponsors of domestic and international projects.

Corey is passionate about assisting emerging and established businesses and investors in entering or seeking new opportunities within the energy and sustainability space. From formation and financing, to supply chain and new partnerships, Corey understands the unique needs of these companies.

With a deep commercial knowledge of the power and natural gas industries, Corey has represented clients in tax equity investments, transmission planning, power supply, generation asset acquisition (conventional and renewable), regulated public utility acquisitions, acquisition of midstream natural gas facilities and related transportation agreements, liquefied natural gas (LNG) project development, and offtake arrangements.

Additionally, Corey maintains an active pro bono practice representing nonprofits that seek to foster community development and economic opportunity.
