Crystal focuses her practice on electronic discovery for clients with pharmaceutical/medical device products liability, white collar, commercial litigation, and internal investigation issues.
In this role, Crystal performs a variety of functions to reduce litigation costs and improve the quality of legal services delivered. She uses modern e-discovery technologies to efficiently perform responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality and issue reviews. Crystal also conducts targeted searches to find crucial documents needed for motion practice and deposition preparation.
Before joining the firm, Crystal was an associate counsel for the Temple Legal Aid Office, where she handled domestic relations, disability and estate planning cases, arguing before the Philadelphia Family Court and the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Crystal is also active in community service through the Pennsylvania Bar Association's high school mock trial program. Additionally, she provides pro bono assistance through Wills for Heroes, which helps first responders prepare estate planning documents. In 2017, she was awarded the Verdina Y. Showell Award for her dedication and years of service to the program.
