Daniel is a business litigator who represents clients in complex commercial litigation at both trial and appellate levels.
Daniel focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in arbitration, federal district court, and before the Fourth Circuit. Prior to private practice, Daniel served as a criminal law attorney in the Army, representing the government during separation boards for active duty officers and soldiers and leading internal investigations. Daniel began his military career as a signal officer, serving in a variety of leadership and management positions.
Daniel earned his undergraduate degree from The Citadel and his law degree from Duke Law. After graduating law school, Daniel served as a term law clerk to the Honorable Graham C. Mullen, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of North Carolina.
