Daniyal focuses on financial services matters, including representing traditional and nontraditional financial institutions, such as cryptocurrency and digital asset companies. He also represents clients in business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts and in arbitrations, where he has litigated patent, trade secret, and copyright disputes; software and technology contract issues; real estate litigation; and financial‑institution subpoenas and discovery. Additionally, Daniyal leads and defends depositions, and manages large‑scale discovery and subpoena compliance.
Before entering private practice, Daniyal was a government litigator with the City of Indianapolis. In that role, he appeared before the Indiana appellate courts and submitted successful briefs to the Indiana Supreme Court and Indiana Court of Appeals.
