As a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group and its International Arbitration subgroup, Danni supports clients in the technology, hospitality, mining, real estate, banking, health care, and aerospace sectors in resolving matters in state and federal courts and before international arbitral tribunals. Her arbitral experience includes matters administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and Organization of Islamic Cooperation Arbitration Centre (OIC-AC), where she assists clients at every stage, from drafting dispute resolution clauses to developing efficient case strategies and pursuing recognition and enforcement of awards.

Her representative work as part of firm teams includes securing a multimillion-dollar federal jury verdict in a trademark and false advertising case in the District of Massachusetts and successfully defending a satellite technology company in a shareholder dispute arising from the launch of satellite-based internet service in sub-Saharan Africa.

Danni is the co-author of A Practitioner’s Guide to Arbitration (American Bar Association, 2023) and serves as a U.S. country coordinator for the World Atlas of Arbitration. She maintains an active pro bono practice through the MTPC Identity Document Assistance Network and Amica’s PAIR Project, where she has successfully argued for the release of improperly detained asylum-seekers before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
