Danni concentrates on the resolution of complex multinational commercial disputes, with a particular focus on multinational litigation and arbitration. She represents clients across various industries, including technology, banking, hospitality, health care, and insurance, among others.

Co-author of A Practitioner’s Guide to Arbitration (2023), an introductory guide to U.S. arbitration published by the American Bar Association, Danni leverages her targeted experience to support and advise clients in all stages of commercial arbitration, from clause drafting through formal dispute resolution proceedings.

Danni’s commitment to her community extends beyond her professional work, as evidenced by her pro bono contributions to the MTPC Identity Document Assistance Network and PAIR Project. She represents clients before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and continues to advocate for individuals seeking asylum.

Before joining the firm, Danni served as a law clerk at the World Bank, the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, and the U.S. Office of Special Counsel.
