David G. Wilhelm

David has extensive experience in energy and infrastructure transactions, particularly in negotiating midstream commercial and M&A transaction agreements.

David previously served as vice president, business development for Navitas Midstream Partners. He was also assistant general counsel for Kinder Morgan.

• Natural gas contracts, including gathering, processing, transportation, NAESB, purchase, and interconnect agreements.
• NGL fractionation, transportation, purchase, and interconnect agreements.
• Condensate and crude oil gathering, transportation, blending, purchase, and connection agreements.
• Terminal services agreements and other refined product agreements.
• Water gathering and disposal agreements.
• Master service agreements, construction agreements, professional service agreements, purchase orders, equipment leases, and licenses.
• Real property agreements, including leases, access agreements, easements, and right-of-way agreements.

Mergers and Acquisitions and Other Corporate Transactions

• Purchase and sale of various public and private oil and gas businesses, including those owning processing plants, gathering systems, transportation systems, gas storage businesses, and oil field services assets.
• Joint ventures between operating companies for the development of crude oil pipeline systems, gas gathering and processing systems, and transportation systems.
• Private equity investments in existing operators, joint ventures, and new greenfield investments.
• Recapitalization transactions.
• Financing transactions, including project finance.
• Corporate governance matters.
