Diane Pagliuca

Diane has more than 20 years of experience working as a paralegal in public finance. She assists attorneys who act as bond counsel to various municipalities across Massachusetts and New Hampshire in their issuances of taxable and tax-exempt general obligation financings by preparing legal documents and managing the process of getting a transaction to closing. Diane also assists in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and coordinates the U.S. Department of Agriculture bond issues with various Massachusetts municipalities.
