Don brings extensive experience in corporate and securities matters, representing a diverse range of public and private companies in a variety of domestic and international transactions, including stock sales, asset sales, spin-offs, and mergers. He counsels investors and issuers in private equity, venture-stage, and growth companies, especially with respect to corporate governance and securities law disclosure and filing requirements. Don also represents the family offices of many of the most prominent families in Texas in their investments, financings, operations, and multi-generational planning.
