Overview

Donnie represented regulated enterprises before administrative agencies and legislative bodies. Much of his practice focused on the regulation of public utilities, insurance, and securities. He represented clients in these and other areas in regulatory, adjudicatory, and appellate proceedings. He also assisted clients with business formation and transactional matters, and provided legislative representation of individual clients and trade associations.
