Donna F. Coles

Donna has been with the firm’s finance team since 2015. She assists counsel with commercial real estate transactions in the firm’s representation of agent-banks, lead arrangers, lenders and lending groups, and community banks. Donna works closely, and is in daily contact, with the firm’s banking clients and assists in real estate-based construction and acquisition deals, as well as corporate initiatives. She has also been involved in several multiproperty/state and multiborrower transactions.
