Elo Didden

Elo supports the team with insurance transactional and regulatory matters. Before joining the firm, she concentrated her practice in Brazil on compliance and consumer law.

Elo’s experience consists of insurance company licensing, including UCAA primary, expansion, and corporate amendment applications. She also handles nationwide agency, agent, and adjuster licensing and renewals.

In addition, Elo works with counsel on alien reinsurer recognition applications pursuant to Title 31 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 223.12, reciprocal and certified reinsurance applications and annual renewals in the U.S., and mergers and acquisitions support.
