Elsie spares no effort to help clients protect their intellectual property and avoid patent infringement. She prepares patent applications, performs patent prosecutions, and handles prior art search for her clients. Elsie is experienced in drafting patent applications and providing patent infringement and noninfringement analysis. She began her career in China as a patent examiner first and then as patent attorney.  As a registered patent attorney in China, Elsie provided patent prosecution and patent litigation services for multinational corporations leading in telecommunications, software, and automotive. Her experience enables her to step into the shoes of clients and align her services with their business strategy.

Elsie relies on her technical prowess when counseling clients on technical alterations to avoid patent infringement and assisting in technique appraisals. She regularly works with clients in technical fields, including telecommunications systems and networks, data transmission, signal processing, electrical control systems, medical devices, and computer-related hardware and software.

Throughout her career, Elsie has conducted pre-litigation investigations and evidence collection and represented clients in patent invalidity and infringement litigation trials in China. She has also drafted civil complaint and responses for these litigations and drafted petitions for appeals. She is also experienced in assisting in mediations during the patent infringement litigation process.
