Erin Dudley

Erin has been with the firm’s multifamily housing finance team for 15 years. She reviews title commitments and surveys in connection with the financing of multifamily housing properties, such as apartment complexes, senior living facilities, and mobile home parks. Erin has extensive title and survey experience, which includes negotiating with title companies and surveyors to obtain final loan policy proformas and surveys as well as working with the lender clients, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, and Fannie Mae to provide the information required for loan closing and securitization.
