Overview

Evan brings a unique blend of judicial and financial experience to the Consumer Financial Services practice group. Before entering private practice, Evan completed two-year clerkships with a U.S. district court judge and a state supreme court justice, gaining insight into judicial decision-making at both the trial and appellate levels. This experience sharpened his ability to evaluate complex legal issues from the court’s perspective and craft persuasive arguments.

In addition to his legal training, Evan holds a master’s degree in finance from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. This education provides him with a deep understanding of financial concepts and regulatory frameworks that often underlie financial services disputes. His combined background in law and finance allows him to anticipate challenges, translate technical financial matters into clear legal strategy, and deliver effective solutions tailored to clients’ business objectives.
