Faith has experience representing clients across a range of industries. Her understanding of complex, diverse matters helps clients to achieve their objectives.

Overview

Faith is an associate in the firm’s Construction practice. She counsels and represents developers, owners, and general contractors in all phases of the construction process and on variety of projects including multi-family housing, hydroelectric tunnels, and wind farms. She represents clients both in litigation, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including ICC arbitration.

As a judicial intern for the Hon. Marjorie Rendell, Faith analyzed pleadings, researched various areas of law, and drafted a nonprecedential opinion, which allowed Faith to gain essential litigation knowledge.

Her time with the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services in Pennsylvania and recent pro bono immigration cases have empowered Faith to advocate for clients in a noncorporate setting. She led client interviews and conducted fact investigations to complete Special Juvenile Immigrant Status applications for migrant children, asylum applications, and work authorization applications.
