Overview

George is a member of the firm’s Regulatory Investigations, Strategy + Enforcement practice. He advises clients on regulatory and economic investment aspects of transactions, helping them navigate evolving enforcement priorities, regulatory risk, and business-critical approvals. George works closely with clients to structure and negotiate deals that align with their strategic objectives while anticipating and mitigating potential regulatory hurdles.

Before entering private practice, George worked as a management consultant, where he advised companies on growth strategy, operational efficiencies, and organizational design. This experience gives him a holistic understanding of how legal issues fit within a broader business context. George brings an executive-level perspective to his legal work — considering not only the immediate transaction at hand but also how it affects long-term value creation, risk management, and stakeholder relationships. He uses this background to translate complex legal and regulatory concepts into practical, actionable guidance for clients’ business and deal teams.

Drawing on his dual experience as a consultant and attorney, George is skilled at crafting solutions that reflect the full scope of a client’s needs — legal, commercial, and strategic. He collaborates with in-house counsel, executives, and investors to design transaction structures and compliance approaches that support both regulatory readiness and business agility. George aims to deliver clear, business-minded counsel that enables clients to move decisively and confidently in complex, highly regulated environments.
