Georgina helps clients resolve commercial disputes in a variety of industry sectors. Her experience spans company and partnership disputes, insolvency and restructuring, banking and finance, asset recovery, and employment. Georgina has acted for a range of clients including financial services companies and institutions and insolvency practitioners.
Georgina has worked on Court of Appeal, High Court, and County Court matters involving breach of contract and fiduciary duties, fraud, and insolvency. Recent work includes a High Court trial for a renewable energy client, a £10 million commercial claim against a challenger bank for wrongful repudiation, Employment Tribunal proceedings involving whistleblowing and discrimination, and an ICC arbitration involving an energy sector contractual dispute.
