Graham P. MacEwan

Graham’s practice focuses on assisting clients complete a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, growth equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and other complex strategic transactions.

As a member of the firm’s Health Care + Life Sciences practice, Graham regularly counsels clients operating in the biotechnology, medtech, and pharmaceuticals fields, as well as those in the manufacturing and technology sectors. In addition to counseling investment firms and other strategic and professional investors, Graham advises companies from formation through exit on a host of general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Graham was an associate in the Boston office of a global law firm where he concentrated on complex corporate and transactional matters for investment firms, corporate strategic clients, and both emerging and mature companies.
