Haley is an associate in the firm’s Finance + Banking Practice Group. She represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers in a wide range of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities. She has substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, amendments, security documents, and related ancillary documentation and is skilled at identifying and mitigating potential legal and financial risks for her clients. Haley works closely with senior attorneys and legal support professionals to deliver efficient, practical counsel in complex financing transactions.
