Hannah Irvin

Hannah joined Troutman Strategies in 2016 after serving six years on staff to former Governor Nathan Deal. During her tenure, Hannah worked as Extradition Coordinator to the Governor’s Executive Council and Legislative Liaison to his policy team. Hannah worked with members of the House and Senate to advance key items on the Governor’s agenda such as criminal justice reform and numerous pieces of legislation to spur business development. In addition, Irvin was appointed to the State Records Committee, which is tasked with maintaining state documents and preserving public access to information.

As Manager of State Affairs for Troutman Strategies, Hannah provides a combination of relationships and experience in navigating the legislative and procurement processes at the state level. She is a native of High Point, NC and a graduate of the University of Georgia.
