Hannah Rudder

Hannah is a real estate attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial real estate, finance, and leasing matters for institutional and developer clients. She represents developers, owners, private equity funds, investors, lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in a broad range of domestic and international transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and financings.

Hannah has extensive experience structuring and negotiating joint ventures for development, investment, and financing purposes, as well as preferred equity investments and debt financing transactions. She drafts and negotiates core transaction documents, including joint venture agreements; purchase and sale agreements; construction, development, and property management agreements; and loan documents, such as asset-backed and syndicated loan agreements.

In her work on development projects and commercial leasing, Hannah coordinates due diligence, manages closing and post-closing obligations, and collaborates closely with business stakeholders to align real estate, development, and corporate objectives.
