Harris works in the Private Equity + Investment Funds practice, where he advises clients on complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, venture capital financings, and a range of corporate matters. He has counseled private equity sponsors on portfolio company management issues including capital structures and management incentive arrangements, as well as venture capital firms and emerging growth companies throughout the full lifecycle of growth capital investments.
