Iris Alejandra Gomez

Iris’ practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract disputes, intellectual property issues, privacy matters, multiparty litigation, and related business disputes. She supports all phases of case development, with experience drafting written discovery, motions, and demand and notice letters. Iris also conducts legal research, performs document review and analysis, and assists with deposition planning and overall case strategy in state and federal matters. Her pro bono work includes guardianship matters, business dispute litigation, and drafting nondisclosure and grant agreements.

Iris earned her J.D. from Loyola Chicago — where she served as chief justice of the nationally ranked moot court program — and an MBA, which together ground her business-focused approach to litigation.
