He represents a diverse range of clients, including subcontractors, general contractors, property owners, and businesses, in commercial contract disputes, fiduciary relations issues, and various construction disputes. Christian’s extensive experience spans state and federal district courts, as well as domestic and international arbitration tribunals.

Christian assists clients throughout the litigation and arbitration processes, from pre-suit matters to trial and arbitration advocacy. His services include managing discovery, drafting and responding to pleadings, motion practice, preparing and defending depositions, conducting mediations and settlement negotiations, and working closely with expert witnesses.
