His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, and business tort claims in Georgia state and federal courts.

Jack has co-chaired numerous jury trials, contributing to verdicts totaling over $40 million. He has drafted and argued more than 30 substantive motions, including Daubert challenges, motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, petitions for writs of mandamus, and appellate briefs — among them a constitutional challenge to Georgia’s Conservation Use Valuation Assessment program before the Supreme Court of Georgia. He also has significant experience managing large-scale, deadline-sensitive discovery for major commercial clients, having conducted and defended more than 25 depositions of expert and fact witnesses and directed document review and e-discovery for a Fortune 500 financial institution.
