Jaclyn concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and has a diverse range of experience in general litigation matters, as well as white collar litigation and investigations. She has experience across all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, pre-trial preparation, trial, post-trial briefing, and appeals. She has practiced in state and federal courts, as well as before domestic arbitration institutions.

Jaclyn is active in pro bono matters, including currently representing refugees seeking asylum.

While in law school, she served as a judicial intern in the Middlesex Probate and Family Court.

  • Representing a U.S. company and its officers in multiple, related proceedings in state and federal court involving breach of contract, fraud, and fiduciary duty claims.
  • Obtaining summary judgment, which was affirmed on appeal, for a global investment management company dismissing action involving breach of contract, tort, and statutory consumer protection claims.
  • Representing a publicly traded global manufacturing company in dispute with foreign distributor arising out of software licensing agreement.
  • Defending a manufacturer of food products in purported class action asserting violations of wage and employment laws.
  • Advising a publicly traded pharmaceutical company in litigation, investigation, and compliance matters.
  • Defending a private college in federal housing discrimination matter.
