James is an associate in the firm’s Capital Projects + Infrastructure Practice Group. He focuses his practice primarily on assisting clients in the financing, development, construction, acquisition/disposition, and operational management of renewable energy projects and other energy infrastructure projects.

James has experience with a variety of project development agreements, including PPAs and other project revenue contracts, interconnection agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, and various equipment supply agreements. In addition, James works with clients on debt and tax equity financings, including complex sale leaseback tax equity transactions.
