Janeli Arredondo Gutheinz

As a senior attorney, Janeli assists case teams, other Troutman eMerge discovery attorneys, and project managers with the document review and production processes. She has handled reviews at all levels, including managing reviews involving dozens of attorneys, QC/QA, privilege logs, and deposition preparation and trial witness binders. Janeli frequently works directly with experts to manage supporting documents in connection with expert reports.

In addition to state, federal, and international trials, Janeli’s experience spans a wide range of areas such as domestic and international arbitrations and disputes involving patent and trademark infringement, construction contract, royalty, fiduciary duties, and securities. She worked with the firm’s Houston litigation practice for more than a decade before joining eMerge.

Janeli handles both English and Spanish language reviews.
