Jasdeep focuses his practice on state and federal energy and environmental laws. He has represented clients in complex energy proceedings before the Virginia State Corporate Commission, particularly in the development of utility-scale renewable energy facilities, large-scale transmission facilities, and the treatment of renewable energy certificates.

Jasdeep also has experience counseling clients on enforcement risk reduction, PFAS liability analysis, and the permitting and compliance requirements of several environmental laws and regulations, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Air Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and the Endangered Species Act.
