Jason represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts around the U.S. He represents businesses and individuals in a variety of areas, including business valuation disputes, restrictive covenant litigation, claims of fraud, bad faith, breach of fiduciary duty, disputes with vendors and suppliers, construction litigation, and appellate matters. Jason has effectively represented and advised financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, product manufacturers, information technology companies, and clients in an array of other industries.
In addition to his commercial litigation experience, Jason also has experience with internal investigations, employment litigation, and insurance recovery under Directors and Officers, Errors and Omissions, and Commercial General Liability policies.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mitchel E. Ostrer, J.A.D., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
