A licensed attorney in Kentucky since 2004, Jason brings a unique combination of legal experience and information science mastery to his role. His distinguished academic background includes graduate degrees in law, economics, education, and information science, providing an interdisciplinary perspective essential in today’s rapidly evolving legal landscape.
Jason served as library director for legacy firm Locke Lord. Before joining the firm, he served as director of the Nevada Supreme Court Library, where he developed comprehensive legal information access strategies, including advancing statewide access to services when the pandemic closed the physical library space.
Jason has taught at prestigious institutions including Wake Forest University School of Law and Vanderbilt Law School, reinforcing his passion for connecting people to essential information and empowering them with skills to find, analyze, and deploy information strategically for competitive advantage.
