Jeanne M. Ledwell

Jeanne has more than eight years of experience working with the corporate and health sciences transactional practices. She provides cross-border support to both U.S. and Canadian clients, handling corporate and fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, and entity management. She excels in team environments and special projects, such as creating and managing data rooms.

Jeanne is proficient in drafting board and stockholder consents, options and restricted stock agreements, and managing capitalization in Carta. She is well versed in managing stock and asset transfers, and has significant experience working with start-ups and emerging companies. Jeanne also has a deep understanding of debt and equity transactions, particularly UCC transactions and Article 9, and is involved in the formation and management of fintech and bioscience companies.
