Jeffrey M. Gill

Before retiring, Jeff specialized in business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of businesses, joint ventures, outsourcing arrangements and bank, venture capital, and other corporate financings.

Jeff had significant experience in advising boards of directors and senior management of public and private companies on corporate governance matters and business and legal strategy. He also had extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex contractual arrangements, including manufacturing, services, outsourcing, and procurement contracts.
