  • Represented Innovative Driven, a provider of end-to-end solutions across the information lifecycle, including information governance, eDiscovery, and managed review services, in its acquisition of DLS Discovery, a Delaware-based litigation support provider with a focus on the unique needs of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
  • Assisted in representing Nabsys 2.0, a developer and manufacturer of instrumentation for the analysis of genomic structural variation, in its Series A and Series B investment rounds led by Hitachi High-Tech Corporation.
  • Assisted in representing Archtop Fiber, a provider of multi-gig, 100%-fiber internet, and phone service to residential and business customers, in its acquisitions of GTel, Hancock Telephone Company, and Warwick Valley Telephone.
  • Led the representation of Hastings Equity Partners, a preferred capital partner to founders of lower middle market businesses, in its Fund IV portfolio company’s acquisition of Clear Path Utility Solutions, a leading provider of expert consulting services to gas and electric utilities.
  • Led the representation of Enhanced Energy Group, Inc., operating as CarbonPoint Solutions, in its sale to Caterpillar Inc.
  • Led the representation of Lightpath Holdings, LLC, a fiber network provider, in its acquisition of Cambridge Network Solutions.
  • Assisted in representing XSELL Technologies, Inc., in a growth equity investment from Sageview Capital.
