Jerônimo has experience with solar, wind, storage, hydroelectric, and related transmission assets, and regularly helps clients structure and negotiate secured and unsecured debt and equity investments in complex transactions in the U.S. and internationally.

  • Represented a leading solar and storage developer in connection with three tax equity investments in a distributed generation portfolio of commercial-scale and community solar projects being developed by such developer throughout the U.S.
  • Advised one of the leading IPP companies in the U.S. on seven tax equity investments in connection with four solar plus storage and two solar facilities as well as in three financing deals in connection with part of those projects.
  • Advised one of the largest investor-owned electric public utility holding companies in the U.S. on the negotiation of the purchase agreement for a 224MW solar project being developed in Indiana.
  • Represented an infrastructure and energy investor on its acquisition of a 50% interest in a holding company for various subsidiaries owning a 378MW portfolio of four hydro-powered electricity generating and storage facilities located in Tennessee and North Carolina as well as an 85-mile transmission line connecting the hydro-power assets to the Tennessee Valley Authority transmission system.
