Jill joined the firm in 2004 and assists with intellectual property litigation and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including inter partes review proceedings and ex parte reexamination requests. Her litigation experience spans claims related to patents, trademarks, and copyright law.

Jill has extensive experience in all aspects of the litigation process, including case management, due diligence and background research, court filings, drafting of pleadings and practice papers, discovery, claim construction, review and compliance with court rules and procedures, trial preparation, and attendance at trial. She also has experience in cite- and fact-checking memoranda of law and supporting documents.
