John represented, as a Chapter 11 debtor, the United States subsidiary of RSL Communications, an international telecommunications carrier whose ultimate parent was in joint administration in Bermuda, and whose principal overseas affiliate was in joint administration in the United Kingdom. From that and other cases, John was experienced in dealing with joint administrators and liquidators of foreign affiliates.
