Jonathan is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity practice, representing middle- and lower-middle-market funds and their portfolio companies, family offices, and principal owners and investors across the full M&A lifecycle. His practice has a strong cross-border dimension, advising EU and UK buyers on U.S. acquisitions and guiding domestic clients through outbound and cross-border sales.
